Richard Fimmel received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics (with honors) from the University of California Berkeley in 1971, and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honors society. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 1974.

Richard is a member of the State Bar of California, and its Real Estate Law Section, and the San Mateo County Bar Association including its real estate and client relations sections.

Richard is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
